Scenario-based bystander training to prevent sexual harassment and assault in field settings

Melissa Cronin, Coordinator, Building a Better Fieldwork Future, UC-Santa Cruz.  Fieldwork is an important and often necessary component of many scientific disciplines, yet research suggests that it presents a high-risk setting for incidents of sexual harassment and assault.
